This conference was created to inspire, empower, and cultivate women from every walk of life—regardless of background, status, or past experiences. Many women have endured deep spiritual, emotional, and physical trauma, often from a young age. While they may mask the pain with fashion, makeup, or a simple smile, the wounds buried in their soul, mind, and spirit remain unseen.

But God sees. And He has called this ministry to be a vessel of healing, deliverance, and restoration.

Shani House Ministries is uniquely anointed to address the whole woman—body, soul, and spirit—guiding her toward salvation, breakthrough, and wholeness. Through prophetic insight, compassionate outreach, and faith-filled mentorship, we help women step into their true identity and God-ordained destiny.
Each year, we host the powerful "Behind the Foundation" Conference in Tampa, Florida—a transformational gathering featuring dynamic speakers, inspiring worship, empowering vendors, and unforgettable moments of encounter. But it’s more than just a conference—it’s a divine appointment, a life-altering experience, and a movement of healing for women around the world.

In the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, God spoke clearly to Apostle Dr. Shani Whiting House as she drove down the road. The message was direct and divine:
“Shani, tell the women there’s only one voice—and it’s My voice.”

With a heart of obedience and urgency, Dr. House answered the call. From that moment, the Women of One Voice ministry was born—declaring boldly that there is only one voice the nation shall hear, and that is the voice of the living God.

Women of One Voice is a growing collective of women from across cities and states—united by faith, sisterhood, and a commitment to walk in alignment with God's purpose. Throughout the year, we host intimate brunches, gatherings, and connection points in the Tampa, Florida area, creating sacred spaces for encouragement, healing, and spiritual growth.

We also invite all women to connect with us through our private Facebook group, where we share ongoing support, inspiration, and community. Join us Monday through Friday at 10:00 a.m. EST on Facebook Live for powerful biblical teachings, heartfelt encouragement, and real conversations that speak to the soul.
